Delivery instructions in case of purchasing with a visa:
– After completing the purchase order, a message will be sent to the e-mail registered in the purchase order with the order details.
– Delivery is made only to the customer who owns the credit card in person and at the address registered in the purchase order.
– The delivery representative checks the personal card or passport of the applicant and checks the credit card used in the purchase request, and matches the visa card number with the number in the delivery instructions.
– In the event that there is someone on behalf of the owner of the purchase request at the time of delivery, the personal card or passport of the owner of the request must be seen, or a scanned copy of them, along with the credit card used in the purchase process, or a photocopy of it, to match its number with the number in the delivery instructions.
– The customer signs the triple name with the national number on a copy of the receipt permission.
– In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the purchase order after (48 hours) have passed from the date of the request, the amount paid will be returned to the same card used in the purchase request after deducting administrative expenses of (2%) of the total amount, and it may take up to 30 days to return the amount again.
Return policy
– The customer has the right to replace or retrieve the product that was purchased from the website within 14 days from the date of purchase only in the event that there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In the event that the 14-day period expires, the product will not be replaced or returned for any reason. In this case, the customer must contact customer service 01030000012 to register a maintenance report for the products for which a maintenance report is registered.
– When returning or replacing the product, the carton and packaging materials must be in their original condition, and the product carton has not been opened or used, and all its contents are accompanied by all the original documents.
In the event that the customer wishes to replace or return the product despite the absence of a manufacturing defect within the 14-day period from the date of receiving the product.
– In the event that the product carton has not been opened or used and the product is still in its original condition:
The consumer has the right to request a replacement or a refund of the product value within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, if the product does not have a manufacturing defect, but on the condition that it is in the condition in which the product was at the time of the contract (i.e. it was not opened or used).
In this case, the product is replaced with a refund of the price difference between the models, if any, or the product is returned and its value is returned after deducting shipping costs (the supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid to the customer in the same method of payment, and the consumer bears the costs of shipping and returning the product).

2- In the event that the customer opens the product carton:
The consumer is not entitled to replace or return the product if the product’s carton is opened or the product is used as is evident in the following cases:
– If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or wrapped, precludes or changes its replacement or return, or it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of the contract.
– If it is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale due to a reason attributed to the consumer.
As an exception to the text of this article, the product shall be replaced with a refund of the price difference between the models, if any, or the item shall be returned to the customer and its value shall be refunded, but after deducting (5%) packaging from the total value of the product. (The supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid to the customer in the same method of payment, and the consumer bears the costs of shipping and returning the product).
